With dedicated teams just for your pharmacy or hospital, you will never have to worry about our experience level. Through intense standardized training ; we have developed one of the most comprehensive training programs in the country. The days of inventory services making errors on pack size and strength are now over when using Pinnacle 1.
Hospital Wide Inventory
Pinnacle 1 Inventory Services recommends these inventories to be completed at least every two years if not annually to allow for better control and updating hospital records. These inventories will take place in the OR’s, ER’s, Cancer Centers, Supply Centers and other storage areas around the hospital. With the cost of these products skyrocketing in years past, it’s much more responsible to have a bulk of these products on consignment. Our reporting will allow each room to have each line item listed for your review. A comparison report can also be created to give our customers an opportunity to see variances from year to year. This inventory will also allow our customers to complete any write-offs for missing and/or stolen products.
Pharmacy Quality Assurance Reviews
Pinnacle 1 Inventory Services also provides a comprehensive Pharmacy Quality Assurance Review to insure best practices are being followed throughout the course of the day. This review will allow Administrators & Directors alike to see what is truly happening in your pharmacies today. Are all of patients being serviced expeditiously all the time. Is the entire staff aware of all rules & regulations such as HIPPA & Expired Drugs processing? Have you measured your staff's productivity, is one technician or pharmacist dispensing more; by how much? Does the team understand the importance of using the right NDC's. Pharmacies are using this service more and more frequently to evaluate payroll, controllable expenses, industry best practices, set par levels, waste prevention, diversion reviews & most importantly overall patient experience. We are here to show you what the total patient experience should be rather than what it is today? We highly recommend every pharmacy/hospital to have a Quality Assurance Review at a minimum on a yearly basis.
